Is it time for President Obama to fire HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius? The Obamacare rollout has been a complete trainwreck. We’ve already heard about the glitches and downtime of the Obamacare website, Healthcare.gov. We are over two weeks in to the launch of Obamacare and millions of visitors to the site are still having difficulty enrolling in the program. The site has been called unusable, programming experts have said the architecture and software used for the site is third-rate. Some have even accused Health and Human services of deliberately crashing the site.
CBS is reporting a new problem has surfaced. Insurance companies are receiving incomplete applications and duplicate information, making it difficult to process enrollments. It’s reported that 17 million have visited Healthcare.gov but only 20,000 have enrolled.
